Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Sukoon, we are committed to providing meaningful wellness coaching experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for consultations and wellness programs purchased through our website.
2. Consultation Refunds
Initial consultations may be eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once at no additional charge, subject to availability.
3. Wellness Program Refunds
For multi-session wellness programs:
- Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund if no sessions have been attended
- After first session: Partial refund may be issued for unused sessions, minus an administrative fee
- After 50% of sessions completed: No refund will be issued
4. Cancellation Window
To cancel or request a refund, you must notify us in writing via email at founder@getsukoon.in or through our Contact page. Include your full name, booking reference (if available), and reason for the request.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Missed appointments without prior notice (no-shows)
- Digital resources or materials already delivered
- Promotional or discounted packages, unless otherwise stated at purchase
- Services rendered in full
6. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to founder@getsukoon.in with the subject line "Refund Request." We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
